 The Mortgage Part 

🏡 Affordability in the dirt: Home affordability remains near historic lows despite the recent drop in rates

🌪 Weather for rent: More frequent and intense weather events are putting a lot of rental housing in jeopardy. As of we need anything else wrecked our home inventory

📉 Commercial Collapse: Yellen worries that the upcoming wave of commercial property expense increase might break the banks

😭 No relief in sight: Kashkari echoed other Fed officials in saying that rates won't be coming down anytime soon

📈 Debt spike: Total debt has exploded, up 30% in the last 4 years as rates have skyrocketed! But Wells Fargo says it's nothing to worry about?

% Mortgage Rates: Stayed steady despite good economic data as we wait for a lot of big numbers to come out next week

🔍 Coming this week: Big PCL inflation numbers, along with builder confidence and consumer sentiment.

 The Media Part

Ok, so I’m too hung over from my “shot every time they show Taylor Swift at the Super Bowl” drinking game. I’ll do a media part next week after I hydrate 🥴
